Thierry and Laure Normand specialize in 19th-20th century European paintings and drawings. They are particularly devoted to aiding their clientele to discover relatively little-known masters of this period. Although some of these artists are today nearly forgottenóvictims of changing tastes and fashions - they often enjoyed considerable acclaim in their own time.

Thus far, the Galerie Normand has hosted three important exhibitions, each focused upon an individual artist: Theodore Rousseau (2002), Paul Huet (2003) and Louis-Adolphe Hervier (2004).

Opened in October 2001, the Galerie Normand counts major museums and private collectors among its clients.
